The Everett-Central Clinic is a non-profit, community-based health center that provides comprehensive primary healthcare services to all, regardless of ability to pay. The clinic is staffed by a team of experienced, compassionate providers committed to providing high-quality, affordable care.

Services
Medical
Primary care physicians can be considered the cornerstone of medical care. These doctors are a first point of contact for persons with undiagnosed health concerns.
Dental
Dental care is an essential part of your overall health. At CHC, our dental care professionals know the importance of making our patients feel comfortable, no matter how long it has been since your last visit. Minor oral health issues can become serious if not taken care of by gentle and reliable dental health professionals.
Pharmacy
At CHC, patients can access lower-priced prescriptions, patient-focused care, and six convenient pharmacy locations. Because our pharmacies are within the CHC network, it is easier for providers and pharmacists to communicate about a patient’s needs. Our systems also allow pharmacists to work directly with insurance companies, which means authorization of medications can move swiftly.
All CHC clinics are unable to provide services to anyone due to an L&I claim, regardless of other insurance.

Regardless of Insurance
Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) provides affordable health services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, and pharmacy services. We welcome patients who are on Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurances, and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, CHC will help patients sign up for Washington Apple Health; if ineligible, we offer a sliding fee discount based on household income and family size.
