Outside work, I enjoy various activities, such as hiking, camping, and snowmobiling. I also enjoy trying DIY crafts and baking, although usually not as successful as I hope. My favorite thing is spending time with my little family, including my Australian Shepard. Professionally, my interests have always been in community health practices.

While practicing nutrition, I believe all foods should have a place in our diet. My goal is to help establish and promote healthy eating habits while still being able to enjoy what we eat. Since nutrition and food play a large role in our day-to-day lives and overall health, I like to help individuals and families understand that it should be fun and enjoyable while allowing everyone to live their healthiest lives.
