Medical Walk-In Care

Our walk-in clinics at Edmonds and Everett- Central provide same-day treatment for your immediate medical needs. We do not treat medical emergencies or conditions that should be monitored by your primary care team. Visit our dental care page for more information on same-day evaluation for dental emergencies. If your illness or injury is life-threatening, call 911.

Let us know you are coming! Save time by trying our new “Get in Line” option. The times listed are NOT appointments but are a good estimate of when you should arrive and to establish your place in the line. Wait times vary depending on the number of patients seeking care and provider availability, but we will do our best to see you as close to the time you selected as possible.

When to see your primary care provider:

These conditions are best served by your primary care provider. Call us at 425-789-3789 to schedule an appointment.

  • Birth control consultation
  • Chronic disease management (asthma, diabetes)
  • Newborn care
  • Pregnancy care
  • Well child checks
When to call 911 or go to the emergency room (ER):

These serious conditions are best served by calling 911 or visiting the emergency room (ER).

  • Burns (severe)
  • Broken bones (severe or bent)
  • Chest pain
  • Cuts (severe)
  • Head injury (severe)
  • Seizures

L&I services are not available to those wanting to be seen at any CHC walk-in clinics, regardless of other insurance.

Regardless of Insurance

Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) provides affordable health services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, and pharmacy services. We welcome patients who are on Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurances, and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, CHC will help patients sign up for Washington Apple Health; if ineligible, we offer a sliding fee discount based on household income and family size.
