I enjoy going on long walks with my dog, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, cooking, attending live music, watching movies, and generally being outside when it isn't raining.

I believe that many of us feel very alone in our mental health struggles, and I feel that my role is to support and remind others that they are not alone. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and open therapeutic space that allows others to feel comfortable and seen.
