Medical Plans

Washington Apple Health and Medicaid

Apple Health is Washington State’s Medicaid program that offers free or low-cost insurance coverage for those who qualify. Apple Health covers primary care, emergency visits, maternity services, pediatric care, dental services, vision care, prescription medications, and more.

Enrollment in Apple Health is open year-round, allowing applicants to apply for coverage at any time. However, Apple Health members are required to renew their coverage annually. Fill out an application on Washington Health Plan Finder to see if you qualify for one of the following Apple Health plans.

If you need assistance applying for insurance, navigating the renewal process, or finding a new health plan, our patient services specialists can help you determine your eligibility for various programs offered by the State and/or the Affordable Care Act. Our health plan experts can walk you through the system and help you find the right plan for your needs.

If you do not qualify, we offer discounted fees based on family size and income level. At each CHC clinic, a patient services specialist can assist you with your Discount Fees Application Form – please remember to bring proof of income. CHC does not refuse service to anyone based on lack of ability to pay or for any reason (race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, or sexual orientation).
